Furling Cruising Chutes
Rollgen and Jeckells in perfect harmony
Hi Chris,
Long ago in the depths of last winter, you made us a Cruising chute on a Rollgen. We didn't have a chance to use it until recently (doesn't work well in Canals with no mast) but we've been using it now for a few weeks. I thought you would like to know that we're delighted with it. It goes up and down really easily and pulls us along surprisingly fast including dead down wind. With 4 Knots of true wind we get 2 Knots through the water and we're up to hull speed at about 14 Knots.
